A / What it is One range, three duties

A three-blade range that ladders from brush to bowling green

Aftermarket blades for ride-on mowers and slashers that take a conventional blade. One design story across the range: a 90-degree cutting edge that cuts what the machine pushes over.

Retail AUD $50–80

B / Will it sell Show the footage, not the brochure

The demonstration no OEM blade can answer

Every blade brand claims sharp. Only this one films a ride-on cutting blackberry, saplings and foot-high tussock – on machines your customers already own. Play the footage on the counter and the blade sells itself.

Why the OEM blade loses this comparison

A flat blade only cuts what stands upright. Push the growth over with the machine – which is what actually happens in heavy grass – and it rides straight over the top.

The Kavli 90-degree edge cuts the folded growth, keeps suction on the material, and finishes to length in the same pass. It is a visible, demonstrable difference on the shop floor.

Retail price points that hold margin

Positioned above commodity flat blades and below OEM genuine parts – priced on capability, not on length alone.

Blade Duty Retail AUD
The Beast Heaviest cutting $50–80
Ultra Muncha Ultra-fine mulch $45–55
Finisha Manicured finish $35–50

C / Can I support it Fitment, warranty, insurance

Support that doesn't land on your counter staff

The questions that usually make an aftermarket line hard work are already answered.

Fitment is handled

The online size finder matches blade length and centre hole to the machine – 270 catalogued sizes across the range. Your staff never guess a fitment.

Fitting guides included

Every blade ships with a fitting guide, and the same guides sit in the dealer kit for the counter and your website.

A documented warranty process

Warranty claims run on a standard claim form with defined response windows – a process, not a phone argument.

$20M product liability insurance

Every blade is backed by $20M product liability cover. A copy of the policy is available on request.

E / How do I order Trade terms in writing

Ordering, on terms written for resellers

The supply terms already exist – written for a resale supply chain, not adapted from a retail returns policy.

  • Retention of title. Goods remain ours until paid in full; you may on-sell in the ordinary course of business.
  • Documented warranty claims. A standard claim form with defined windows for shortages, returns and credits.
  • Clear restocking terms. Agreed restocking fees, stated up front – no surprises at return time.
  • Made to order, 2–3 weeks. Every blade is manufactured in Knoxfield to the ordered size – including your market's odd fitments.
